CallinGo Privacy Policy Statement

Thank you for visiting a NGC d.b.a. Next Generation Communications website. CallinGo is committed to honoring the privacy of our members and visitors.

What information does CallinGo receive and how do we use it? When you register as a CallinGo customer and start purchasing our services, we ask you for your name, contact information (telephone number, email), preferences, and certain demographic information. This information lets us provide personalized services for you in order to improve our level of service and to better meet your need for international phone services.

Like most websites, we use small bits of data called cookies, stored on users' computers to simulate a continuous connection. Cookies let us "remember" information about your preferences and passwords and allow you to move within our website without reintroducing yourself. Recent versions of browsers let you easily see and control cookies.

May I choose what information I disclose? While we need certain information to register you as a unique user and let you access personalized services, such as Recommended Products and My Accounts, other requested information is optional and may be given at your discretion.

May I choose what communications I receive? We occasionally send an email newsletter to CallinGo members to highlight features of our service. You can elect not to receive communications from us, either when you register or by noting your preference in response to communications from us.

What if I need to review or change the personal information I previously disclosed? We encourage CallinGo members to update and edit their personal information and keep it current. You can easily correct or update your personal information at any time via My Account.

What kind of security is used to protect my information? We store all user information in secure databases protected by a variety of access controls. This data is accessed only for the purposes specified in this privacy statement.

Who has access to my information? We do not share personally identifiable data with other companies, except as necessary to fulfill a transaction you have requested (i.e. your credit card company). CallinGo may be required by law to share such information in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.

What about children's information? Children may not register for CallinGo or use any CallinGo services that require personally identifiable information.

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with You is of utmost concern to us. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of Your information from Your PC to our servers.

CallinGo site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Normally, we require our users to transmit credit card information for the purpose of sign up or to make changes to their credit card information. In these cases, we transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format using SSL (secure socket layer), the industry-standard. However, e-mail should not be considered as a secure means of communication even when encrypted. The information can only be as secure as the encryption method. We use SSL and 2048-bit encryption. Our website is Comodo certified. Your personal information is heavily encrypted as it travels from your browser to our server, and once it reaches us, it is safe behind multiple layers of security.

Our Extended Validation SSL certificates are designed to provide a higher standard in visual assurance for end users to authenticate the business behind the domain. The green HTTPS address bar, exclusive to EV SSL certificates, assures website visitors that they are interacting with a verified business on a secured domain. Before an EV SSL Certificate is issued, Comodo, a registered Certificate Authority (CA), performs a rigorous validation to ensure that the trusted green HTTPS address bar is only associated with the most trusted organizations. CallinGo uses Higher Certificate Authority. Dedicated to keeping our customers one step ahead, we have ensured that SSL is 2048-bit ready to keep our customers safe for the next 20 years. Our customers do not need to worry about vulnerable 1024-bit certificates and can rely on High end SSL certificates to keep their website secure for years to come.

Your CallinGo Account is password protected so that only You can access it and view information relevant to Your account. We recommend that you do not divulge Your password to anyone. CallinGo will never ask you for Your password in an unsolicited phone call or email. Ultimately, You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of Your passwords and any account information.

Remember to sign out of Your CallinGo account and close your browser window when You have finished Your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access Your personal information and correspondence if Your computer is accessible to others or if You share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or internet café.

By using this site, you signify your assent to the CallinGo Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use our sites. Your continued use of the CallinGo sites following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
